Dein im Überblick

Was du bei uns bewirkst

  • Umfassende rechtliche Beratung und Begleitung von Privatkunden sowie Entrepreneurs und Executives in Nachlass\- resp. Nachfolgefragen
  • Erstellung insbesondere von Testamenten, Ehe\- und Erbverträgen sowie Vorsorgeaufträgen
  • Rechtliche Begleitung und Strukturierung von lebzeitigen Vermögensübertragungen sowie Unternehmensnachfolgen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Fachspezialisten aus Unternehmensnachfolge, Steuern oder Finanzplanung
  • Interne und externe Präsentationen an Schulungen und Kundenanlässen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium, idealerweise mit Anwaltspatent
  • Du verfügst über eine vertiefte Kenntnis im Bereich des Ehegüter\- und Erbrechts sowie im Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du hast ein ausgesprochenes Flair auch komplexe Sachverhalte in verständlicher Sprache auszudrücken (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Du führst interne Schulungen durch und trittst souverän an externen Fachveranstaltungen auf.
  • Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie ein gewinnendes und gepflegtes Auftreten.
  • Du schätzt den Austausch mit Kundenberatern und bankinternen Spezialisten über Fach\- und Teamgrenzen hinweg
  • Du denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert
