Was du bei uns bewirkst

  • Aktives Management von Aktienportfolios mit klarem Fokus auf die Erzielung eines Mehrwertes
  • Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung aktiver Anlagestrategien bestehende aus Selektionsprozess, Portfoliokonstruktion und Risikomanagement
  • Implementierung und Risikoüberwachung der verwalteten Portfolios
  • Enger Austausch mit Makro\- und Aktienanalysten sowie Portfolio Manager Aktien International zur Optimierung der Selektion
  • Mitwirkung an anlagespezifischen Projekten
  • Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings – von der Akquisition bis zur Performancebesprechung

Das bringst du mit

  • Leidenschaft für Aktienmärkte und grosse Freude an der fundierten Analyse von Schweizer Aktien
  • Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Management von Aktien mit dokumentiertem Selektionserfolg in der aktiven Portfoliokonstruktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in KI\-Anwendungen und Bloomberg; tägliche Nutzung von KI\-gestützten Analyseanwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit derivativen Finanzinstrumenten (Aktienoptionen, Währungsabsicherung)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft (Universität oder FH) sowie eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung (CFA, AZEK o. ä.)
  • Tiefes Kapitalmarktverständnis und eine fundierte, klar kommunizierbare Marktmeinung
  • Analytische Stärke, Reflexionsvermögen und die Bereitschaft, kontinuierlich zu lernen und die Extrameile zu gehen
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und der Anspruch, überdurchschnittliche Leistung zu erbringen
  • Sprachen: Deutsch fliessend (C2\), Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind. C1\); weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
