  • Zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen/innen übernehmen Sie die vielfältigen Administrationsarbeiten im Sekretariat (Telefondienst, Post, Mail, Berichts- und Aufgebotswesen)
  • Ebenfalls zu Ihrem Wirkungsfeld zählen Berichte ab Diktat sowie via Spracherkennungssoftware (Dragon) schreiben
  • Sie sind für interne und externe Stellen, Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Zuweiser eine kompetente Ansprechperson
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Ärzte/innen gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als medizinische/-r Praxisassistent/-in, Arztsekretär/-in oder besitzen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, teamorientiert und Ihre grosse Dienstleistungsorientierung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Sie als Person aus
  • Zudem sind Sie es gewohnt, selbständig zu arbeiten und haben Freude in einem dynamischen, kleinen Team mitzuwirken
  • In der deutschen Sprache sind Sie stilsicher in Wort und Schrift und gewandt im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
