  • Als CO-Leiterin Augenklinik übernehmen Sie die strategische und operative Leitung des Pflegedienstes inkl. OP, Aufwachraum und Tagesklinik mit Teilverantwortung für die gesamte Augenklinik.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die direkte und indirekte Führung des Pflegebereiches und tragen die Mitverantwortung für die gesamte Augenklinik (ca. 250 Mitarbeitende).
  • Sie optimieren Prozesse und Ressourcen, treiben die Digitalisierung voran und tragen die Budgetverantwortung für Ihren Führungsbereich und behalten das Gesamtbudget der Augenklinik im Auge.
  • Aus Führungskennzahlen leiten Sie geeignete Massnahmen ab, um die Augenklink zu entwickeln und langfristig erfolgreich zu positionieren.

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossen Ausbildung in der Pflege und haben bereits Weiterbildungen in Betriebswirtschaft, Leadership oder Unternehmessteuerung absolviert.
  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und sind es gewohnt strategische und operative Massnahmen umzusetzen
  • Sie sind eine innovative und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit, denken strategisch und setzen Projekte im interprofessionellen Umfeld um.
  • Durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit gestalten Sie den Change-Prozess erfolgreich und tragen positiv zur Unternehmenskultur bei.
