Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung
  • Tagesgeschäftsaufgaben (Terminkoordination, Dokumentationsmanagement, etc.)
  • Patientenmanagement (Empfang, Kommunikation, etc.)
  • Sicherstellung einer guten Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kooperationspartnern
  • Unterstützung bei Controlling-Aufgaben
  • Blutentnahme, Unterstützung bei Lumbalpunktionen, Patientenüberwachung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MPA
  • Erfahrung mit Praxismanagement und/oder Sekretariatsleitung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Vorausschauendes Denken, zielgerichtetes und patientenorientiertes Handeln
  • Organisierte, strukturiere und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Patienten und Patientinnen mit neurologischen und psychiatrischen Erkrankungen

Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Demenzabklärung. Die Patientinnen und Patienten werden von einem multidisziplinären Behandlungsteam in Luzern oder Sursee betreut.
