Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Leitung eines Pflegeteams von 30 Personen mit Unterstützung von einer Gruppenleitung
  • Gezielter Fokus auf Führungs- und Weiterentwicklungsaufgaben der Station - keine direkte Pflege
  • Planung und Steuerung effizienter Prozesse
  • Duale Leitung des interprofessionellen Behandlungsteams (Oberärztin)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Teamentwicklung
  • Regelmässige Durchführung von Teambesprechungen
  • Vorantreiben der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Vernetzung nach aussen (Zusammenarbeit mit Langzeitinstitutionen, Angehörigen uvm.)

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Pflegefachausbildung (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN ll)
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gefestigte Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und grosses Engagement für unsere PatientInnen und die Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Empathie
  • Sie können Menschen für etwas begeistern
