DATA ENGINEER – MICROSOFT FABRIC (a) 100 %

STELLENBESCHRIEB

In dieser Funktion gestaltest du den Aufbau unserer zentralen Datenplattform auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric und OneLake aktiv mit. Du entwickelst zuverlässige Datenpipelines, integrierst unterschiedliche Unternehmensdaten und schaffst die technische Grundlage für aussagekräftige Analysen und Reports. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Business Analysts und internen Fachbereichen zusammen und trägst wesentlich dazu bei, unsere Datenarchitektur, Datenqualität und Analytics\-Lösungen nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Aufbau, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen Datenplattform mit Microsoft Fabric und OneLake unter Berücksichtigung einer skalierbaren und performanten Architektur.
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Datenpipelines zur Integration unterschiedlicher Quellsysteme, insbesondere Abacus/c\-tree, Microsoft SQL Server und MySQL.
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung effizienter ETL\-/ELT\-Prozesse zur Extraktion, Transformation und Bereitstellung von Unternehmensdaten.
  • Strukturierung und Aufbereitung unserer Daten nach der Medallion\-Architektur (Bronze, Silver und Gold) als Grundlage für Semantic Models und Power\-BI\-Reports.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Analysts und internen Stakeholdern zur Übersetzung fachlicher Reporting\-Anforderungen in geeignete Datenmodelle und \-strukturen.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität sowie Überwachung und laufende Optimierung der Datenflüsse und Microsoft\-Fabric\-Kapazitäten.
  • Technische Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Semantic Models und Power\-BI\-Reports.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Data Governance sowie der technischen Standards für Data Engineering, Analytics und Reporting.

WAS WIR ERWARTEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung in Informatik, Softwareentwicklung, Data Engineering, Data Analytics oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (EFZ, HF, FH).
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Data Engineering, Data Analytics oder Business Intelligence.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in , PySpark und SQL sowie Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanksystemen, insbesondere Microsoft SQL Server und MySQL.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Betrieb von Datenpipelines sowie im Umgang mit ETL\-/ELT\-Prozessen.
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Fabric und OneLake oder die Motivation, dich vertieft in diese Technologien einzuarbeiten.
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI und Semantic Models von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
