Are you a restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, driving results, and creating an exceptional guest experience?

LV Petroleum is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant General Manager for Firehouse Subs to support daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and help drive overall restaurant performance.

As LV Petroleum approaches 100 locations, we are continuing to grow our food service operations and looking for talented leaders who want to grow with us.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Help manage labor costs, scheduling, inventory, and food costs.
  • Ensure food quality, preparation, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and help achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Step in to lead restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence.
  • Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, teamwork, and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or quick-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety.
  • Ability to coach and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • A passion for customer service and developing people.
