Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to build great teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive restaurant performance?

LV Petroleum is looking for an experienced General Manager for Firehouse Subs to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and create an outstanding experience for every guest.

As LV Petroleum continues to grow toward 100 locations, we're creating opportunities for talented leaders who want to grow with us.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily Firehouse Subs restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and operational performance.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor costs.
  • Create a positive, accountable team culture.
  • Lead by example and ensure consistent execution of company and brand expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or quick-service restaurant management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
  • Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operational budgets.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on management style with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Passion for customer service and developing people.
