Derfor løser vi borgerens indsatser i fællesskab og vi teamer op tværfagligt, så vi sikre, at vi støtter borgerne i det liv, de gerne vil leve. Arbejdet foregår derfor i tværfaglige teams, og du vil få mulighed for at indgå i enten skiftende vagtlag eller primært dagvagter og vi arbejder hver anden weekend.

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper
  • Er en god holdspiller.
  • Trives i et tværfagligt samarbejde og bidrager aktivt til fælles løsninger
  • Har fokus på rehabilitering og borgerens egne ressourcer
  • Er fleksibel og kan arbejde i skiftende vagter (fortrinsvis dag/aften eller dag/nat)
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og et positivt mindset
