Et fagligt tungt center med ca. 600 medarbejdere og ansvar for nogle af kommunens mest sårbare borgere. Vi søger en centerchef, der kan skabe klar retning og sammenhæng på tværs af et bredt specialiseret socialområde, og som samtidig sikrer robust drift og høj faglig kvalitet i hverdagen.

Center for Social Indsats spænder fra børn og unge til voksne og rummer både myndighed og udførende tilbud, herunder SSP, vejledning, uddannelse og beskæftigelse for unge op til 29 år. Det giver centerchefen en bred ledelsesopgave og en særlig mulighed for at skabe sammenhæng for borgerne på tværs af alder, fagligheder og tilbud. Det gør ledelsesopgaven stor, kompleks og fagligt spændende.
