Zur Verstärkung unseres Luchsrudels suchen wir ab sofort einen HR-Generalist (m/w/d). Als HR-Generalist (m/w/d) bist du für die Personalverwaltung unseres Luchsrudels sowie die Gestaltung der HR-Prozesse maßgeblich verantwortlich.

Dazu gehört die komplette Bandbreite der operativen Personalarbeit:

  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen und Zeugnissen
  • Du übernimmst die Steuerung der On- und Offboarding-Prozesse
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Richtlinien mit
  • Du stellst die korrekte und termingerechte Abwicklung der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Payroll-Provider sicher
  • Du verwaltest unsere Benefits (betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Sport-Mitgliedschaft, Jobrad) und stellst die korrekte Abrechnung sicher
  • Du betreust die HR-Software Personio inklusive der Zeiterfassung sowie der Pflege der digitalen Personalakten
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Richtlinien sicher
  • Du unterstützt bei Performance-Prozessen sowie bei Mitarbeiterbefragungen und HR-Projekten

So kannst Du uns überzeugen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaft, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalwesen idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • IT-Affinität sowie Spaß, an der Verbesserung/Implementierung von Prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Software (z. B. Personio Workday oder vergleichbar)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
