O QUE VOCÊ FARÁ NESTE CARGO

Estamos procurando um(a) Senior Sales Executive com sólida experiência em vendas consultivas de soluções tecnológicas para liderar o desenvolvimento comercial da Lynx no Brasil.

Você será responsável por identificar oportunidades estratégicas, desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes e liderar processos complexos de vendas relacionados à prevenção de fraudes, gestão de riscos e financial crime.

Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Pré-Vendas, Produto, Serviços Profissionais e Liderança Regional para acelerar o crescimento dos negócios.

Suas atividades do dia a dia serão as seguintes:

  • Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades em setores-chave expostos à fraude (financeiro, pagamentos, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Apoiar a gestão do ciclo de vendas consultivas de ponta a ponta: prospecção, discovery, demonstrações, propostas e fechamento.
  • Construir e desenvolver relacionamentos com stakeholders-chave (risco, fraude, PLD/FT, negócios e tecnologia).
  • Manter um pipeline ativo e um forecast confiável.
  • Colaborar estreitamente com equipes internas (produto, dados, tecnologia e marketing) para construir propostas de valor sólidas.
  • Representar a empresa em eventos do setor financeiro.
  • Cumprir e superar metas comerciais trimestrais e anuais.

O QUE BUSCAMOS EM VOCÊ

Estamos em busca de um(a) Senior Sales Executive para integrar nossa equipe em São Paulo, com os seguintes requisitos e experiência:

Experiência Profissional

  • Mais de 2 anos de experiência em geração de oportunidades para vendas B2B de produtos tecnológicos

Formação Acadêmica

  • Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas. (Desejável)
  • Formação adicional em vendas consultivas, fintech ou gestão financeira será considerada um diferencial. (Desejável)

Idiomas

  • Português nativo ou fluente. (Obrigatório)
  • Espanhol profissional. (Obrigatório)
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado. (Desejável)

Hard Skills

  • Experiência comprovada em empresas de SaaS, fintech, pagamentos, prevenção a fraudes, cibersegurança, gestão de riscos ou financial crime. (Obrigatório)
  • Experiência na gestão de processos de vendas enterprise. (Obrigatório)
  • Histórico comprovado de atingimento de metas comerciais. (Obrigatório)
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro brasileiro. (Desejável)
  • Conhecimento em prevenção à fraude, prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro, identidade digital, pagamentos ou gestão de risco. (Desejável)
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM como Salesforce ou similares. (Desejável)
  • Capacidade de gerenciar processos comerciais complexos. (Obrigatório)
