Requisitos y Habilidades

  • Licenciatura en Psicología (Título y Cédula indispensable).
  • Manejo avanzado de filtros en Salesforce para auditoría de casos.
  • Habilidad y experiencia demostrable para brindar retroalimentación objetiva a colegas, separando vínculos personales de la responsabilidad operativa del rol.
  • Nivel de inglés: Intermedio-Avanzado (B2-C1).
  • Familiaridad operativa con la NOM-035-STPS y protocolos de intervención en crisis (ATS).
