Deine Mission:

Der Customer Care Agent trägt einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei. In dieser Position bist du telefonisch sowie schriftlich für unsere Kunden da, nimmst ihre Bestellungen und Anliegen entgegen und zauberst ihnen ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

  • Entgegennehmen, Bearbeiten und Umsetzen von allgemeinen Kundenanliegen per Post, E\-Mail und Telefon
  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle (SPOC) für interne und externe Kunden bzgl. Erfassungen von Bestellungen, Retouren und Nachlieferungen
  • Telefonische sowie schriftliche Beratung von internen und externen Kunden bzgl. Produktportfolio, Webshop, Lieferverfügbarkeiten sowie Spezialaufträgen
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Telefonpromotionen unter Einhaltung der Richtlinien
  • Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten (Dokumentationen, Rechnungskotierungen, Kundenschreiben etc.)
  • Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen/Sitzungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im ähnlichen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Call Center oder Kundendienst von Vorteil
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt, hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch. Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse und digitale Affinität
  • Aufgeschlossene, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Organisierte, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
