Bonjour !

Je suis Maylis, Manager Service Client chez Lyreco France. Pour faire face au développement de l’activité, je suis à la recherche d'un Conseiller Service Client (H/F) pour un CDD de 6 mois à Valenciennes (59).

Vos missions :

  • Vous serez amené à gérer des dossiers « après-vente », concernant le litige produits, les livraisons, les reste à livrer.
  • Vous interagissez et piloter avec toutes les parties prenantes (logistique, marketing...)
  • Vous pouvez également être sollicité à intervenir sur l’ensemble des activités du service client.
  • Vous serez amené à participer à l’amélioration des processus

Vous êtes :

  • Fort d’une première expérience en relation client, convivial, polyvalent et déterminé.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec SAP et faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’analyse dans un environnement digitalisé.
  • Vous êtes doté d’une excellente communication écrite et orale, notamment au téléphone.
  • Vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et savez prendre de la hauteur pour identifier rapidement les solutions adaptées.
  • Vous êtes orienté client, à l’écoute, capable de vous adapter et de répondre efficacement aux besoins et objections.
