Lider Strategicznych Projektów Sprzedażowych (m/f/d)

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Prowadzenie strategicznych projektów sprzedażowych od analizy potencjału do wdrożenia i osiągnięcia celów biznesowych.
  • Budowanie business case'ów, roadmap, harmonogramów i planów rozwoju klientów.
  • Identyfikacja nowych obszarów współpracy, spółek i kategorii zakupowych.
  • Koordynowanie zespołów cross-departmentalnych w strukturze macierzowej, delegowanie zadań i egzekwowanie rezultatów.
  • Budowanie relacji z kluczowymi decydentami oraz centralami zakupowymi klientów strategicznych.
  • Zarządzanie pipeline, forecastem, KPI oraz ryzykiem projektowym.
  • Standaryzacja i skalowanie skutecznych modeli współpracy na kolejnych klientów strategicznych.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Min.4 lata doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B, Business Development lub projektach komercyjnych.
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w samodzielnym zarządzaniu złożonymi projektami sprzedażowymi.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z dużymi klientami strategicznymi i rozproszonymi strukturami organizacyjnymi.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania projektami i zespołami bez formalnej podległości służbowej.
  • Silne kompetencje analityczne, negocjacyjne i komunikacyjne.
  • Znajomość zarządzania pipeline, forecastowania i oceny rentowności.
  • Samodzielność, orientacja na wynik, umiejętność ustalania priorytetów i skutecznego egzekwowania działań.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Excel, PowerPoint i narzędzi CRM.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w centralizacji procesów zakupowych lub projektach obejmujących grupy kapitałowe.
  • Znajomość kategorii produktów z zakresu środków ochrony indywidualnej i higieny oraz specyfiki rynku zaopatrzenia przedsiębiorstw (B2B).
