LYTD Fashion sucht motivierte und dynamische Personen, um sich unserem Sales-Team als Projektmanager anzuschließen. Deine Karriere ist die perfekte Mischung aus selbstbestimmten Erfolg und geführter Einarbeitung: Du startest als Sales Trainee bei LYTD Fashion und wirst in alle Aspekte des Verkaufs eingeführt, während du wertvolle Erfahrungen sammelst und deine Fähigkeiten entwickelst. Deine Karriere nimmt über ein leistungsbasiertes Karrierekonzept einen automatischen Verlauf nach oben, bis in das Vertriebsmanagement und hin zur Möglichkeit der Erschließung neuer Märkte & Länder.

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung eines Sales-Gebietes und Durchdringung des Marktes mit unseren Marktführenden Produkten
  • Lerne die Produkte von LYTD Fashion kennen und verstehe ihre Merkmale und Vorteile
  • Unterstütze das Vertriebsteam bei der Identifizierung und Ansprache neuer Kunden
  • Bearbeite Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon oder persönlich
  • Pflege und erweitere Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Kommunikation und Follow-ups
  • Erreiche individuelle und teambezogene Verkaufsziele
  • Unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder bestehendes/ abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Begeisterung für den Vertrieb und den Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Lust auf Leistungsbasierte Arbeit/ Vergütung
