  • Realizar visitas nos clientes da sua base e captação de novos e potenciais clientes, objetivando atingir as metas estabelecidas;
  • Enviar para sua gerência, relatórios semanais de visitas, vendas realizadas e perdidas, seguindo rotina estabelecida, visando receber orientações referentes a comercialização de máquinas e equipamentos;
  • Fazer a gestão da carteira de clientes, contatando clientes diariamente, visando oferecer máquinas e equipamentos, anotar pedidos ou manter acompanhamento de suas necessidades;
  • Gerir a venda do começo até o fim do processo, objetivando atender as demandas da clientela e os objetivos da empresa;
  • Atender clientes, identificando as suas necessidades e orientando-os com todas as informações necessárias a respeito dos produtos disponíveis e sua adequada utilização, visando satisfazer suas necessidades, agilizar conclusão do negócio e criar fidelização;
  • Observar as práticas da concorrência quanto a preços, ofertas etc., registrando tais ocorrências, para ajustar-se ao mercado e elevar as vendas;
  • Registrar as reclamações apresentadas por clientes em relação a preço, produto e atendimento, visando realizar as devidas correções;
  • Manter-se bem informado quanto as condições de vendas da empresa, através de consultas permanentes a tabelas de preço, desconto, prazo e formas de pagamentos, objetivando proporcionar as melhores condições aos clientes;
