Deine neuen Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Mutation unseres Sortiments Tische & Stühle auf unseren Systemen SAP und DIVA
  • Erstellung der Verkaufsunterlagen und Sortimentsraster
  • Aufbereitung und Pflege der Daten zur Stärkung des Online-Shops
  • Laufender Kontakt mit unseren Lieferanten und Filialen
  • Administrative Abwicklung unserer Werbeinputs
  • Unterstützung der EinkäuferIn bei der Sortimentsplanung
  • Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung, schrittweise Übernahme einer eigenen Warengruppe
  • Planung, Entwicklung und Beschaffung innovativer, markt- und ertragsgerechter Sortimente in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Buyer
  • Analysieren und realisieren einkaufsrelevanter KPI's wie Umsatz, Marge, Lager
  • Einkaufstätigkeit im In- und Ausland (Lieferantenbesuche, Messen)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen wie Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Filialen, E-Commerce und Lieferanten

Das bringst du mit

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung
  • einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf im Schweizer Retail-/Konsumgütermarkt
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, SAP Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
  • Initiativgeist, ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen und verantwortungsvoll
  • TeamplayerIn mit Leidenschaft und Motivation
