The posting

Mjesto rada: Lučko (sjedište), Zagreb i okolica, povremeno i razne lokacije u Hrvatskoj Želiš posao u kojem na kraju dana vidiš rezultat svojeg rada? M.F.Certus ugrađuje dizala u novogradnje i postojeće zgrade, a mi tražimo pomoćnika montera. Iskustvo ti ne treba, naučit ćemo te.

ZAŠTO M.F.CERTUS: • stalni radni odnos i fiksna primanja uz stimulativne dodatke • vlastita soba na terenu, bez dijeljenja s kolegama • obuka za montažu dizala od prvog dana uz iskusne montere i jasan put do samostalnog montera • pouzdana firma s dugogodišnjim poslovanjem

IZDVAJAMO IZ PAKETA POGODNOSTI • uskrsnica i božićnica • jubilarne nagrade • otpremnina pri odlasku u mirovinu

ŠTO ĆEŠ RADITI (uvijek uz iskusnog montera): • pomagati pri ugradnji dizala: vodilice, kabina, vrata, strojarnica, kabliranje • pripremati i prenositi materijal i alat na gradilištu • bušiti, sidriti i raditi mehaničku montažu prema uputama montera • održavati red na gradilištu i poštivati propise zaštite na radu

ŠTO OČEKUJEMO: • spremnost na fizički rad i rad na visini • spremnost na teren i povremeno noćenje izvan mjesta stanovanja • odgovornost, urednost i timski duh • prednost: bravari, strojari, instalateri, električari, mehatroničari • vozačka dozvola B kategorije

RAD NA TERENU: Većinu montaža radimo u Zagrebu i okolici, a povremeno i na drugim lokacijama u Hrvatskoj. Kad se radi izvan Zagreba, imaš vlastitu sobu, a put i smještaj pokriva firma. Uz to osiguravamo prehranu ili isplaćujemo terenski dodatak.

PLAĆA: Fiksna osnovica + stimulativni dodatak. Plaća raste s tvojim napredovanjem: kako učiš i preuzimaš više posla, raste i plaća, sve do samostalnog montera. Pitanja? Nazovi 01 3032100 ili pošalji životopis na [email protected].

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
