Leiter Fertigung / CNC\-Programmierer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

* + Führung, Einsatzplanung und Koordination eines Produktionsteams von rund 6 Mitarbeitenden + Sicherstellen der termingerechten Fertigung von Zeichnungsteilen mit CNC\-Maschinen + Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit der Fertigungsmaschinen + Erkennen und Lösen von Engpässen und Problemen im Tagegeschäft, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung + Erstellen von CNC\-Programmen inkl. Anlegen der dazugehörenden Dokumentation + Herstellen (fräsen/drehen und schleifen) von hochwertigen Maschinenteilen (Guss \& ) in kleinen Serien oder als Einzelteil + Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit

Ihre Qualifikationen --------------------

* + Abgeschlossene Mechanische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Maschinenbaubranche + Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion im Bereich CNC\-Drehen und CNC\-Fräsen + Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Programmieren von CNC\-Programmen (Esprit\-Erfahrung von Vorteil) + Erfahrung in der personellen und fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden + Fundierte Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung + Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift + Selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein Teamplayer
