Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen mit eigener Produktion und zählen seit 1948 zu den etablierten Anbietern von Matratzenkernen und Polstermaterialien in der Schweiz. Von der Kundenanfrage über die Auftragsabwicklung bis zur Fertigung und Auslieferung arbeiten unsere Teams eng zusammen. Mit unseren 25 Mitarbeitenden stehen wir für hohe Qualität, kurze Lieferzeiten, flexible Lösungen und persönliche Kundenbetreuung.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

Führung \& Organisation

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Administration und Kundendienst (2\-3 MA)
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft entlang der Supply Chain mit Schnittstellen zu Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Arbeitsabläufen

Kundendienst \& Auftragsabwicklung

  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Betreuung unserer Kund:innen (B2B)
  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Kundenanliegen und Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

Prozesse \& Schnittstellenmanagement

  • Verantwortung für die administrativen Kernprozesse sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informations\- und Prozessflusses zwischen Verkauf, Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und Administration
  • Mitverantwortung bei Digitalisierungs\-, ERP\-Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Administration, Kundendienst und/oder Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden oder technischen Unternehmen
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Freude an der Gestaltung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz
  • Unternehmerische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
