Direkt beim Bahnhof Bolligen liegt die AG, ein in fünfter Generation geführtes Familienunternehmen. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt in der Bewirtschaftung und im Unterhalt unserer Immobilien.

Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte und selbständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilien (30\-50%)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung unserer Mieterinnen und Mieter als zentrale Ansprechperson
  • Führung und Pflege der Mietverträge, Mieterdossiers und Stammdaten in AbaImmo
  • Abwicklung von Kündigungen, Mieterwechseln sowie Ein\- und Auszügen
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Handwerkern und Unterhaltsarbeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Freude an einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit zwischen Büroarbeit, Mieterkontakt und Einsätzen vor Ort
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und das notwendige Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen bewahrst du Ruhe und findest pragmatische Lösungen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienadministration oder \-bewirtschaftung ist erwünscht
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus bzw. AbaImmo ist ein grosser Vorteil
