Dans ce rôle clé, tu diriges une équipe de projet interdisciplinaire et assumes la responsabilité de l'intégration technique globale de grands projets stratégiques et complexes dans l'industrie alimentaire, généralement supérieurs à CHF 150 millions. Il s'agit notamment de nouvelles usines, de développements de sites ainsi que de projets de transformation et d'extension exigeants.

Ce que tu accomplis

  • Tu assumes la responsabilité globale de la planification technique et de la réalisation réussie de grands projets complexes et à forte composante de construction, à partir d'environ CHF 150 millions.
  • Tu diriges et coordonnes une équipe de projet interdisciplinaire et assures la conduite fonctionnelle des responsables de sous\-projets.
  • Tu pilotes les interfaces pertinentes et veilles à garder en permanence sous contrôle les coûts, les délais, la qualité, les ressources et les risques.
  • Tu élabores des bases décisionnelles solides et fondées sur les risques à l'intention des mandants du projet, du Steering Committee et de la Direction.
  • En collaboration avec les équipes Exploitation, Production, Engineering, Construction, Logistique, Utilities, Automatisation et IT, tu définis et coordonnes les exigences techniques.
  • Tu développes et évalues différentes variantes de solutions techniques et économiques, puis en déduis des décisions et des recommandations pour la suite.
  • Tu accompagnes les appels d'offres, les adjudications et les négociations contractuelles ainsi que les procédures d'autorisation et d'approbation.
  • De la mise en service à la réception, en passant par la documentation et la remise à l'exploitation, tu veilles à la bonne réalisation du projet.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Bildung: Études achevées (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
  • Spécialisation: par exemple en génie mécanique, génie des procédés, électrotechnique, génie civil ou technologie alimentaire. Une formation complémentaire en gestion de projet constitue un atout.
  • Expérience professionnelle: Expérience avérée dans la direction de grands projets complexes et à forte composante de construction, avec une responsabilité budgétaire supérieure à CHF 150 millions dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans l'industrie alimentaire.
  • La gestion des coûts, des délais, des risques, de la qualité, des contrats et des claims fait partie intégrante de ton quotidien de projet.
  • Tu comprends les processus de production et les chaînes d'approvisionnement qui y sont liées et sais évaluer les interactions techniques et opérationnelles dans leur globalité.
  • Tu fais preuve d'un esprit entrepreneurial, gardes une vision d'ensemble même dans des projets complexes et sais fédérer avec succès différents domaines spécialisés et intérêts.
  • Tu convaincs par tes compétences en négociation, ta capacité à t'imposer et ton assurance dans la gestion de situations exigeantes et d'intérêts divergents.
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome, structurée et orientée solutions, et assumes volontiers des responsabilités.
