In dieser Schlüsselrolle führst du ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam und verantwortest die technische Gesamtintegration strategischer, komplexer und bauintensiver Grossprojekte in der Lebensmittelindustrie von i.d.R. über 150 MCHF. Insbesondere Fabrikneubauten, Standortentwicklungen sowie umfassenden Umbau\- und Erweiterungsvorhaben mit hohen baulichen und technischen Integrationsanforderungen.

Was du bewegst

  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Planung und erfolgreiche Realisierung anspruchsvoller und bauintensiver Grossprojekte ab ca. 150 MCHF.
  • Du führst und koordinierst ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam und übernimmst die fachliche Führung der Teilprojektleitenden.
  • Du steuerst die relevanten Schnittstellen und stellst sicher, dass Kosten, Termine, Qualität, Ressourcen und Risiken jederzeit im Blick bleiben.
  • Du schaffst fundierte, risikobasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Projektauftraggeber, Steering Committee und Geschäftsleitung.
  • Gemeinsam mit Betrieb, Produktion, Engineering, Bau, Logistik, Utilities, Automatisierung und IT definierst und koordinierst du die technischen Anforderungen.
  • Du entwickelst und bewertest technische sowie wirtschaftliche Lösungsvarianten und leitest Entscheidungen und Empfehlungen zum weiteren Vorgehen ab.
  • Du begleitest Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Bewilligungs\- und Genehmigungsverfahren.
  • Von der Inbetriebnahme über die Abnahme bis zur Dokumentation und Übergabe an den Betrieb sorgst du für einen erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Fachrichtung: z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Lebensmitteltechnik; Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung: Nachweisbare Leitung komplexer und bauintensiver Grossprojekte mit Kostenverantwortung von über CHF 150 im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Kosten\-, Termin\-, Risiko\-, Qualitäts\-, Vertrags\- und Claim\-Management gehören zu deinem Projektalltag.
  • Du verstehst Produktionsprozesse und die damit verbundenen Supply Chains und kannst technische sowie betriebliche Zusammenhänge ganzheitlich beurteilen.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick und bringst unterschiedliche Fachbereiche und Interessen erfolgreich zusammen.
  • Du überzeugst mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem souveränen Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Situationen und unterschiedlichen Interessen.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
