Rollen som Mäklarassistent

Som mäklarassistent hos oss har du en central och mångsidig roll. Du är länken mellan mäklare, banker, köpare och säljare. Ditt uppdrag är att skapa förutsättningar för våra mäklare att prestera på topp genom att leverera administration och avlastning i absoluta världsklass.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Administrativt stöd: Hantera de administrativa delarna av bostadsaffären, från ax till limpa.
  • Struktur & Kvalitetssäkring: Säkerställa ordning och reda i alla flöden så att ingenting faller mellan stolarna.
  • Kontorsansvar: Ansvara för att vårt kontor i Bromma alltid är representativt. Det innebär allt från att sköta inköp till att se till att inredning och miljö speglar vår höga kvalitet.
  • Service & Koordinering: Vara ansiktet utåt och ge ett professionellt bemötande till alla som besöker eller kontaktar oss.
