WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FIELD SALES MANAGER TO LEAD THE RECRUITMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVES (DSRS), DRIVE SALES QUOTA ATTAINMENT, AND EXPAND SALES CHANNELS ACROSS AN ASSIGNED GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION IN UGANDA.

This role offers the opportunity to own your territory—building a high-performing field sales team that delivers results, upholds brand values, and drives financial inclusion across Uganda. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop DSRs, execute end-to-end sales programs, manage inventory, and grow local networks that expand M-KOPA’s market presence. You’ll be the bridge between business strategy and field execution—the leader who ensures every DSR understands the direction, embraces the change, and delivers the numbers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
