Missão do cargo

Realizar o atendimento aos pacientes do laboratório, garantindo acolhimento humanizado, agilidade e organização nos processos de recepção, cadastro, agendamento e direcionamento para a realização de exames, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva e para o bom funcionamento da unidade.

Principais responsabilidades e atividades

  • Recepcionar e acolher os pacientes, prestando atendimento cordial e humanizado.
  • Realizar o cadastro e a atualização dos dados dos pacientes no sistema.
  • Conferir documentos pessoais, solicitações médicas e informações necessárias para a realização dos exames.
  • Realizar agendamentos, confirmações e orientações sobre os procedimentos, conforme os protocolos do laboratório.
  • Orientar os pacientes sobre o preparo para exames, seguindo as instruções e os materiais oficiais da instituição.
  • Realizar a abertura de fichas e o encaminhamento dos pacientes para os setores responsáveis.
  • Organizar o fluxo de atendimento, respeitando prioridades e procedimentos estabelecidos.
  • Verificar autorizações de convênios, quando aplicável, e orientar sobre as formas de pagamento.
  • Apoiar os processos de atendimento relacionados à coleta e à entrega de resultados, respeitando as atribuições do cargo e as normas de segurança e sigilo.
  • Manter a recepção organizada, garantindo a confidencialidade dos dados dos pacientes.
  • Registrar ocorrências e direcionar dúvidas, reclamações ou intercorrências à liderança responsável.
  • Cumprir as normas internas, os protocolos de biossegurança e as políticas de qualidade da instituição.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Informática básica
  • Atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas.
  • Conhecimento básico sobre rotinas laboratoriais será considerado um diferencial.
