Die AG Processing, entwickelt und baut massgeschneiderte Handlingsysteme, Pharma\-Reinigungsmaschinen sowie Intralogistikanlagen für den globalen Einsatz. Als klassisches KMU gehört die Processing mit ihren 55 Mitarbeitenden zu der seit über 125 Jahren familiengeführten Mueller\-Group, welche mehr als 400 Mitarbeitende an Standorten in der Schweiz und Deutschland beschäftigt.

Als Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams suchen wir eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere internationalen Serviceeinsätze von der Bedarfsklärung bis zur Einsatzplanung koordiniert. Im direkten Austausch mit unseren weltweiten Kunden beurteilen Sie den Servicebedarf an kundenspezifischen Maschinen – sowohl bei ungeplanten Maschinenstillständen als auch bei planbaren stimmen Sie die benötigten internen Ressourcen ab und planen den Einsatz unserer Servicetechniker.

Die Position verbindet hohe Selbständigkeit und Verantwortung mit technischen und kommerziellen Herausforderungen sowie engem Kundenkontakt. Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, Projekt\- und/oder Teamleitungsverantwortung zu übernehmen.

  • technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung im internationalen Investitionsgüterbereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Pneumatik sowie Automation
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
