Møllers fiskehus søger en engageret og ansvarsbevidst butiksleder, som har lyst til at blive en vigtig del af vores virksomhed.

Som butiksleder bliver du en central person i hverdagen og får et stort ansvar for at sikre, at butikken fungerer optimalt. Du skal være med til at skabe en butik, hvor kunderne altid møder friske varer, høj service og en flot og indbydende butik.

Stillingen er meget alsidig, og du kommer både til at arbejde med kunder, medarbejdere og planlægning. Du skal kunne tage ansvar, træffe beslutninger i hverdagen og være med til at sikre, at både butik og personale fungerer bedst muligt.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Betjening og vejledning af kunder i butikken
  • Varebestilling og opfølgning på lagerbeholdning
  • Planlægning af medarbejdernes vagter
  • Sikre at butikken altid fremstår ren, pæn og indbydende
  • Opfyldning og præsentation af varer
  • Prissætning og opfølgning på kampagner og tilbud
  • Daglig koordinering af medarbejdere
  • Samarbejde tæt med køkkenansvarlig omkring den daglige drift
  • Sikre høj kvalitet, god service og en positiv kundeoplevelse
  • Bidrage med idéer til udvikling af butikken

Vi søger dig, som

  • Har erfaring fra butik, detailhandel eller fødevarebranchen
  • Trives med kundekontakt og kan yde god service
  • Er struktureret og kan bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag
  • Tager ansvar og kan arbejde selvstændigt
  • Er positiv, energisk og god til at samarbejde
  • Er klar på at arbejde med fisk og andre fødevarer i det daglige
  • Ikke er bange for at få hænderne i arbejdet og hjælpe til, hvor der er brug for det
  • Har lyst til at være en del af en virksomhed i udvikling
