Zur Verstärkung des Verkaufsteams suchen wir eine engagierte, kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen.

Diese Aufgabe passt zu Menschen, die gerne unterwegs sind, den Kontakt zu Unternehmen, Architekturbüros, Planern und Bauprofis schätzen - und wissen, dass erfolgreicher Verkauf im Bauumfeld Vertrauen, Fachwissen und Verbindlichkeit braucht.

Ihre Aufgaben ####

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie technische Beratung, Verkauf und Marktbearbeitung. Sie erkennen Chancen, bauen Beziehungen aus und begleiten Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

  • Bestehende Kunden betreuen und die Zusammenarbeit gezielt weiterentwickeln
  • Neue Kunden gewinnen und das regionale Netzwerk ausbauen
  • Kunden und Geschäftspartner kompetent in technischen Fragen beraten
  • Individuelle Angebote erstellen und aktiv nachverfolgen
  • Innovative Produkte präsentieren und Kunden praxisnah schulen
  • Das Unternehmen an Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen vertreten
  • Das eigene Verkaufsgebiet selbstständig betreuen und erfolgreich weiterentwickeln

Ihr Profil ####

Sie bringen Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf mit und kennen das Bau- oder Baunebengewerbe aus der Praxis. Wichtig sind uns Marktverständnis, Beratungsstärke und Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt.

  • Erfolgreiche Erfahrung in Beratung und Verkauf
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Metallbau und/oder im Bau- bzw. Baunebengewerbe
  • Technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit, kundenspezifische Lösungen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an der Akquisition
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Regionale Verankerung und ein gutes Netzwerk im Verkaufsgebiet
