Estamos expandindo nosso time e buscamos um(a) Analista de Monitoramento Pleno!Se você se importa com a confiabilidade de sistemas, métricas de negócio e quer atuar ativamente na melhoria contínua de infraestruturas produtivas, queremos te conhecer.🎯 Principais Desafios:Disponibilidade e Confiabilidade: Administrar e acompanhar ambientes produtivos garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs, SLOs e métricas de negócio (como p99 e Apdex).Gestão e Troubleshooting: Analisar incidentes, realizar o suporte inicial de falhas e apoiar no escalonamento para especialistas.Rotinas e Processos: Monitorar backups, deploys, hotfixes e processos automatizados.Métricas e Relatórios: Gerar relatórios semanais de performance e saúde do ambiente, mantendo indicadores e registros sempre atualizados.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na administração e acompanhamento da disponibilidade, confiabilidade e integridade dos ambientes produtivos.Participar das rotinas de monitoramento de serviços críticos, garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs, SLOs e demais métricas de negócio (p99, Apdex).Realizar análises básicas de incidentes e apoiar a equipe na identificação de falhas e degradações de performance.Monitorar atributos essenciais dos serviços, como backups, deploys, hotfixes e processos automatizados.Gerar relatórios semanais de disponibilidade, performance e saúde do ambiente monitorado.Apoiar no "troubleshooting" inicial de incidentes, escalando corretamente para analistas plenos e especialistas quando necessário.Apoiar nos processo relacionados a prevenção por meio das ferramentas e fluxos de escalaçãoColaborar na melhoria contínua das rotinas e ferramentas de monitoramento.Manter atualizados os registros e indicadores do ambiente monitorado.O que esperamos de você?Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de monitoramento (Grafana / Datadog).Conhecimento básico em Aplicações Web/Mobile.Interesse em desenvolver habilidades com automaçãoBoa capacidade de comunicação e vontade de aprender.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em: Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Disponibilidade para atuar no horário noturno 19h às 7h Atuação Presencial na região da Faria LimaConhecimento básico em ferramentas de monitoramento (Grafana / Datadog).Conhecimento básico em Aplicações Web/Mobile.Interesse em desenvolver habilidades com automaçãoBoa capacidade de comunicação e vontade de aprender.Conhecimento básico em cloud Conhecimento básico em automações.Conhecimento básico de redes e troubleshooting.É desejável que você tenha:Atuação em ambientes de monitoramento de negócio críticosEntender e identificar métricas que impactam o negócio (SLA,SLO,p99,apdex)Conhecimento prévios em ferramentas de monitoramento
