Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Riscos e Compliance visionário(a) para fortalecer a nossa governança e apoiar a expansão estratégica do negócio com segurança e conformidade.Se você possui sólida experiência na implementação de programas de integridade, mitigação de riscos corporativos e quer ter protagonismo em um ambiente dinâmico, esta oportunidade é para você!Missão do Cargo: Garantir a conformidade das operações da empresa com leis, regulamentos internos e externos, além de liderar a matriz de riscos e o programa de integridade, blindando o negócio e viabilizando novos projetos com segurança.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Riscos Operacionais e Controles Internos : Conduzir mapeamentos, análises e monitoramento contínuo para identificar vulnerabilidades e propor planos de ação corretivos ou preventivos.Prevenção à Fraude e Exposição Regulatória: Assegurar o cumprimento de normativas legais, supervisionando e aprimorando processos de KYC, KYP e KYT contra lavagem de dinheiro.Acompanhamento de Indicadores e Desvios: Monitorar KPIs de risco, registrar evidências e reportar desvios à alta liderança.Atuação Consultiva em Novos Produtos e Continuidade de Negócios Emitir pareceres técnicos para novos lançamentos, além de desenvolver, manter e testar planos de continuidade (BIA e recuperação de desastres).Relatórios Gerenciais e Dashboards Elaborar reportes periódicos e transparentes para respaldar o processo decisório dos órgãos de governança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior: Direito, Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas (Pós-graduação ou certificações na área de Compliance/Riscos serão um diferencial).Vivência prévia em cargos de liderança ou gestão em Governança, Riscos e Compliance (GRC).Imprescindível vivência em instituições Reguladas pelo BACEN/ COAF Domínio da Estrutura de Gerenciamento de Riscos e Controles Internos conforme normativos do BCB, mapeamento de processos, técnicas de BIA, Pacote Office avançado e ferramentas de análise de dados.

Postura ética inegociável, forte capacidade analítica, senso crítico apurado, organização e excelente comunicação.

Disponibilidade para atuação 100% Presencial na Região da Faria Lima.
