Installateur m/w/d, Vollzeit, Brandschutz- und Sprinklerwart, Instandhaltung

AUFGABEN

* Laufende Kontrolle, Betreuung und Dokumentation unserer Brandschutzanlagen, insbesondere Sprinkler-, Brandmelde- und Löschsysteme

* Durchführung regelmäßiger Inspektionen und Brandschutzbegehungen sowie Nachverfolgung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen

* Selbstständiges Erkennen und Bewerten von technischen Risiken, Mängeln und Optimierungspotenzialen

* Organisation, Koordination, Überwachung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern

* Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation aller brandschutzrelevanten Vorgänge

* Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits-, und Brandschutzkonzept

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich HKLS, Gas/Wasser/Heizung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Erfahrung bei einer Freiwilligen Feuerwehr oder einer Betriebsfeuerwehr

* Ausbildung als Brandschutzwart bzw. Sprinklerwart oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

* Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem offenen Blick für Risiken, Verbesserungen und technische Zusammenhänge

* Organisationsgeschick sowie Freude an Dokumentation, Koordination und der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen

* Teamgeist, Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse an laufender fachlicher Weiterbildung im Bereich Brandschutz und technische Sicherheit

Entlohnung:

Das monatliche Bruttoeinkommen auf Vollzeit-Basis liegt in der Regel bei rund € 3.700,-. Je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und anfallenden Zulagen kann das tatsächliche Einkommen entsprechend höher ausfallen.
