M SAN Grupa d.o.o. je najveći distributer u regiji s fokusom na razvoj vlastitih brandova: VIVAX, MS Energy, MS Lux i MSGW te distribuciji računalnog hardvera, softvera i potrošačke elektronike. Na tržištu Hrvatske postojimo od 2004. godine, a danas u asortimanu branda VIVAX nudimo više od 250 različitih proizvoda koji se dijele u 3 grupe: Bijela tehnika, Klima uređaji, Mali kućanski aparati/Pametni uređaji.

Zanimaju te tehnologija, klimatizacijski sustavi i način na koji proizvodi dolaze od proizvođača do tržišta? Voliš Excel i brojke, analizirati informacije i sudjelovati u organizaciji poslovnih procesa?

Tražimo motiviranu osobu koja želi započeti karijeru u području nabave i postati dio tima zaduženog za klimatizacijske sustave. Imat ćeš priliku upoznati HVAC industriju, surađivati s međunarodnim dobavljačima i sudjelovati u svakodnevnim nabavnim i logističkim procesima.

Procurement Assistant - HVAC (m/f)

Lokacija: Zagreb - Buzin

Koje će biti tvoje odgovornosti?

  • Komunicirati s domaćim i međunarodnim dobavljačima te uspoređivati ponude
  • Analizirati nabavne cijene, raditi kalkulacije i pripremati narudžbe
  • Pratiti narudžbe i isporuke robe u suradnji sa skladištem i logistikom
  • Ažurirati cjenike i podatke o proizvodima u poslovnom sustavu
  • Izrađivati izvještaje i pratiti realizaciju poslovanja
  • Pratiti tržište i nove tehnologije u HVAC industriji
  • Sudjelovanje u razvoju novog asortimana
  • Suradnja s timovima nabave, marketinga, prodaje, logistike i financija

Voljeli bismo da imaš:

  • VŠS/VSS ili status apsolventa, poželjno tehničkog ili ekonomskog smjera
  • Dobro poznavanje Excela
  • Engleski jezik (B2)
  • Preciznost, organiziranost i analitičan pristup
  • Interes za tehniku i želju za učenjem
  • Vozačku dozvolu B kategorije
