M SAN EKO d.o.o. (članica M SAN Grupe) specijalizirana je za gospodarenje otpadnom električnom i elektroničkom opremom (EE otpadom). Društvo je osnovano 2009. godine s ciljem razvoja učinkovitog, odgovornog i održivog sustava sakupljanja i privremenog skladištenja EE otpada u Republici Hrvatskoj. Tvrtka posjeduje dozvolu Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i prirode za obavljanje djelatnosti gospodarenja opasnim otpadom (električnim i elektroničkim), što uključuje prvu fazu sakupljanja i privremenog skladištenja, te organizaciju sakupljačke mreže, sigurno preuzimanje i privremeno skladištenje EE otpada prije njegove daljnje obrade i oporabe, u skladu s važećim nacionalnim i EU propisima.

M SAN EKO traži novog člana tima koji će pružati stručnu, administrativnu i operativnu podršku u provedbi aktivnosti gospodarenja otpadom na poziciji:

Opis posla

Referent gospodarenja otpadom pruža podršku u provedbi projekata i aktivnosti iz područja gospodarenja otpadom, s posebnim naglaskom na električni i elektronički otpad. Sudjeluje u pripremi dokumentacije, vođenju propisanih evidencija i praćenju regulatornih obveza te komunicira s nadležnim institucijama, vanjskim partnerima i internim timovima.

Glavne odgovornosti i zadaci

  • Sudjelovanje u provedbi projekata i ugovora iz područja gospodarenja otpadom, uključujući projekte sakupljanja i obrade električnog i elektroničkog otpada
  • Pružanje administrativne i stručne podrške u pripremi i realizaciji projekata i tendera
  • Priprema, obrada i dostavljanje dokumentacije Fondu za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, državnim i regulatornim tijelima te ostalim relevantnim dionicima
  • Vođenje i ažuriranje propisanih evidencija o preuzetom, sakupljenom i obrađenom otpadu
  • Praćenje izvršenja ugovornih, zakonskih i regulatornih obveza
  • Sudjelovanje u izradi izvješća, obračuna, zahtjeva i ostale projektne dokumentacije
  • Praćenje izmjena zakona, pravilnika i drugih propisa iz područja gospodarenja otpadom
  • Suradnja s logistikom, operativom i financijama radi prikupljanja točnih i pravovremenih podataka
  • Komunikacija s vanjskim partnerima, ovlaštenim sakupljačima i obrađivačima otpada te nadležnim institucijama
  • Obilazak reciklažnih dvorišta, posjednika, sakupljača i oporabitelja te pružanje uputa vezanih uz prikupljanje i razvrstavanje električnog i elektroničkog otpada
  • Priprema dokumentacije za potrebe nadzora, inspekcija, revizija i kontrola
  • Arhiviranje i čuvanje projektne i zakonske dokumentacije u skladu s važećim propisima

Potrebna znanja i kompetencije

  • SSS/VŠS/VSS, poželjno iz područja zaštite okoliša, tehničkih znanosti, logistike, ekonomije ili srodnog područja
  • Najmanje 2 godine iskustva na administrativnim, operativnim ili stručnim poslovima
  • Poželjno iskustvo u reguliranim djelatnostima ili suradnji s javnim institucijama
  • Poznavanje propisa iz područja gospodarenja otpadom, pri čemu je prednost iskustvo s električnim i elektroničkim otpadom
  • Razumijevanje administrativnih i regulatornih procesa
  • Sposobnost rada s većom količinom dokumentacije i podataka
  • Napredno poznavanje MS Office alata
  • Preciznost, odgovornost i organiziranost u radu
  • Razvijene komunikacijske vještine i sklonost timskom radu
