Charakteristika pracovní pozice:Řízení, kontrola a výkon činnosti Oddělení kontrolně správního v Odboru obecní živnostenský úřad; výkon činnosti v rozsahu stanoveném zákonem č. 455/1991 Sb., o živnostenském podnikání, provádění živnostenské kontroly fyzických a právnických osob, provádění přestupkových a správních řízení, řešení pokut za porušení povinností podle živnostenského zákona a dalších právních předpisů; spolupráce s orgány státního odborného dozoru, s ostatními kontrolními orgány a s orgány činnými v trestním řízení; vyřizování agendy stížností, podnětů a oznámení.Požadavky zaměstnavatele: - ukončené vysokoškolské vzdělání v magisterském nebo bakalářském studijním programu, - výhodou znalost zákona č. 455/1991 Sb., o živnostenském podnikání, - výhodou zkouška odborné způsobilosti při správě živnostenského podnikání,- výhodou zkouška odborné způsobilosti úředních osob oprávněných k provádění úkonů správního orgánu v řízení o přestupcích podle zákona č. 250/2016 Sb., o odpovědnosti za přestupky a řízení o nich,- samostatnost, pečlivost, spolehlivost, flexibilita, odpovědnost,- organizační a komunikační schopnosti, - uživatelská znalost práce na PC v programech MS Office.
