Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Recursos Humanos para atuar em uma empresa de grande porte, liderando as áreas de Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal e SESMT. O principal desafio será estruturar processos, organizar fluxos de trabalho, definir responsabilidades e fortalecer a gestão de pessoas, promovendo maior eficiência operacional e alinhamento entre as áreas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar as áreas de Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal e SESMT, garantindo integração e alinhamento das atividades;
  • Mapear processos, revisar fluxos de trabalho e estabelecer procedimentos, responsabilidades e rotinas operacionais;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho das áreas, elaborar relatórios gerenciais e realizar a prestação de contas dos resultados;
  • Supervisionar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, incluindo a conferência da folha de pagamento terceirizada e o envio das informações necessárias para seu processamento;
  • Garantir o acompanhamento das demandas de Recrutamento e Seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, gestão de cargos e demais processos de RH;
  • Coordenar as atividades relacionadas à segurança e saúde no trabalho, em conjunto com a equipe técnica responsável pelo SESMT;
  • Organizar a distribuição de demandas, acompanhar a produtividade da equipe e atuar na resolução de gargalos operacionais;
  • Desenvolver e orientar a equipe, fortalecendo a autonomia, a colaboração e o alinhamento entre os profissionais;
  • Apoiar a liderança na tomada de decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, estrutura organizacional e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.

  • Formação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em coordenação ou gestão de Recursos Humanos, com atuação abrangente em RH;
  • Conhecimento técnico dos processos de Administração de Pessoal, incluindo conferência de folha de pagamento e interface com prestadores terceirizados;
  • Experiência com estruturação e melhoria de processos, definição de responsabilidades e organização de fluxos de trabalho;
  • Organização, flexibilidade, comprometimento e capacidade de priorização e resolução de problemas.
