Sobre a oportunidade

A M2Z Creative Tech busca uma pessoa Designer Digital Pleno para integrar uma equipe enxuta, com troca próxima entre criação, conteúdo, atendimento e performance. A atuação é presencial no bairro Bigorrilho, em Curitiba, sob contratação PJ.

Responsabilidades

Criar peças estáticas e carrosséis para redes sociais. Desenvolver criativos para campanhas de mídia digital, incluindo variações para testes. Adaptar peças para diferentes formatos, plataformas e posicionamentos. Traduzir briefings em soluções visuais alinhadas à mensagem, ao público e aos objetivos da comunicação. Aplicar e manter a identidade visual de diferentes clientes, garantindo consistência entre as peças. Realizar ajustes com base em feedbacks e cumprir os prazos acordados. Esclarecer dúvidas sobre os briefings e comunicar eventuais impedimentos ao longo das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos essenciais

Domínio de Photoshop ou de ferramentas equivalentes de edição e criação visual. Conhecimento de composição, hierarquia visual, tipografia, cores e diagramação. Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes identidades visuais e manter consistência entre as peças. Organização para conduzir demandas de diferentes clientes e cumprir prazos. Autonomia para conduzir entregas, esclarecer dúvidas de briefing e comunicar impedimentos. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Curitiba, PR.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento de Figma. Experiência em UX/UI e criação de layouts para landing pages. Noções de design responsivo e preparação de layouts para desenvolvimento. Edição básica de vídeos curtos para redes sociais.

Habilidades comportamentais

Boa comunicação e abertura para troca com equipes de criação, conteúdo, atendimento e performance. Atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com a qualidade visual. Flexibilidade para adaptar soluções a diferentes clientes, formatos e objetivos.
