Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Immobilienbüro, suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässigen Kaufmann/frau für Büromanagement (m/w/d). Du besitzt du bereits eine Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Exposés für unsere Immobilien: Einholung von Unterlagen bei Ämtern und Kunden, Aufbereitung sämtlicher Dokumente
  • Durchführung von Behördengängen
  • Erledigung klassischer kaufmännischer und organisatorischer Tätigkeiten wie Rechnungsstellung, Belegerfassung und Digitalisierung der Eingangspost
  • Übernahme von Sekretariats- und Assistenzaufgaben zur Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Direkter sowie telefonischer Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Alltag

Einstiegsgehalt: 3.300€ brutto

Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 40 Stunden und verteilt sich auf 5 Tage in unseren Büroräumen.

Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2-4 Monate.

Stellenanforderung:

Unser internes Schulungssystem ist darauf ausgelegt, dass unsere Mitarbeiter innerhalb von 2-4 Monaten ausgebildet werden können. Die folgenden Anforderungen solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
  • Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
  • Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch
  • Vorkenntnisse in der Immobilienbranche sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
  • Du beherrschst die bekannten Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du bist Serviceorientiert
  • Organisation und Planung liegen dir
  • Du kannst selbständig, exakt und verantwortungsbewusst arbeiten
