Als Mitglied des DevSecOps-Teams bei Wien Digital sind Sie maßgeblich an der Definition von Methoden, Prozessen und Tools beteiligt, um die Automatisierung zu erhöhen und Container-Technologien breiter einzusetzen. Sie stellen sicher, dass Qualität und Geschwindigkeit gewährleistet sind und schaffen die bestmöglichen Rahmenbedingungen für die Softwareentwicklung. Ihr Team erbringt Querschnittsleistungen, die eine flexible Werkzeugkette, bedürfnisgerechte Methodengestaltung und nahtlose Integration externer Entwicklungspartner*innen umfassen. * Sie übernehmen den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und die Standardisierung von CI/CD-Pipelines unter Verwendung verschiedener Automatisierungstools (z. B. GitHub Actions, Argo CD) * Sie verantworten die Automatisierung der Infrastruktur Provisionierung und Anwendungsbereitstellung durch den Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools (z.B. Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform) mit dem Ziel reproduzierbarer, versionierter und standardisierter Umgebungen * Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Systemdokumentationen und Prozessbeschreibungen inkl. Implementierung automatisierter Lösungen für Prozesse oder ausgewählte Prozessschritte * Sie identifizieren und beheben Problemen in der Infrastruktur und den im Team verantworteten Anwendungen (Containerplattform, Testtools, DevOps Toolchain) einschließlich nachhaltiger Fehlerbehebung und Umsetzung abgeleiteter Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung künftiger Störungen * Sie verantworten die Sicherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit und Skalierbarkeit der im Team verantworteten Container-Lösungen durch Kapazitätsplanung, Autoscaling und RessourcenoptimierungIhr Profil * Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im DevOps-, Platform- oder System Engineering, vorzugsweise mit containerisierten Anwendungen und in einem agilen Umfeld * Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von CI/CD-Pipelines sowie in der Automatisierung von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozessen (z. B. GitHub Actions, Argo CD, GitLab CI), idealerweise auch mit GitOps-Ansätzen * Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsbestimmungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sicherheitsorganisationen (z. B. CERT) mit * Sie haben Erfahrung mit IaC-Tools (z. B. Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform) zur automatisierten Provisionierung und Konfiguration von Infrastruktur und Anwendungen, einschließlich Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben wie Patching, Updates und Konfigurationsänderungen * Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Absicherung von Anwendungen, Containern und Infrastruktur, inklusive automatisierter Sicherheitsprüfungen und Vulnerability Scanning (z.
