Willkommen im Sommergarten Zum Frischen Max – Dein neuer Arbeitsplatz direkt am Bahnhof Oerlikon!

Wir sind der perfekte Treffpunkt für dich und deine Freunde, geöffnet von ca. Mitte März bis Ende September. Egal ob strahlender Sonnenschein, ein paar Wolken oder Regentropfen, dank dem grossen Tipi-Zelt müssen wir nur bei Sturm und Kälte die Öffnungszeiten ein bisschen anpassen. Mit ca. 300 Sitzplätzen bietet unser Sommergarten jede Menge Platz für unvergessliche Erlebnisse. Entspanne und geniesse im Tipi-Zelt, an der Mondbar oder unter den Bäumen. Auch für Gruppen ist unser Garten perfekt geeignet.

Du liebst es, den Überblick zu behalten, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit deinem Team einen reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb sicherzustellen? Als Sous Chef:in bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für den operativen Küchenalltag und arbeitest eng mit unserem Gastgeber zusammen, der die Gesamtverantwortung für die Küche trägt. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr für hohe Qualität, effiziente Abläufe und unvergessliche gastronomische Erlebnisse.

Wir suchen per März/April 2027, befristet bis Ende August/September 2027, für unseren Sommergarten «Zum Frischen Max» Verstärkung!

Deine Hauptaufgaben - Operative Organisation und Koordination des Küchenbetriebs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gastgeber - Fachliche Führung und Anleitung des Küchenteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Küchenbetriebs, auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen - Produktion und Zubereitung von qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen - Mitarbeit bei der Menüplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gastgeber - Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Banketten und Events - Verantwortung für Einkauf, Bestellwesen, Warenannahme, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Wareninventar - Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Dienst- und Einsatzpläne in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gastgeber - Einhaltung der Vorgaben in Bezug auf Warenkosten und Mitarbeiterkosten - Kontrolle und Durchsetzung der Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards gemäss HACCP

Dein Background - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie - Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Küchenteams von Vorteil - Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch unter hohem Gästeaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten - Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohe Eigenverantwortung - Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Vorbildfunktion - Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit Bestell- oder Warenwirtschaftssystem - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
