En vandaag? Vandaag kijken we samen met één van onze klanten uit naar een MSAT Scientist voor een project binnen de chemische sector.

We zijn op zoek naar een Analytical Scientist die het Analytical Science and Technology team komt versterken.

Je maakt deel uit van de internationale Manufacturing Science, Analytics and Technology organisatie en werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling, validatie en implementatie van analytische methoden voor biologische geneesmiddelen.

In deze functie werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling, validatie en implementatie van analytische methoden voor biologische geneesmiddelen. Je combineert wetenschappelijke expertise met praktisch laboratoriumwerk en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van zowel bestaande als nieuwe productieprocessen.

Je komt terecht in een innovatieve en internationale omgeving waar gewerkt wordt met verschillende biologische producten, technologieën en analysemethoden.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van analytical method transfers en method validations voor bestaande en nieuwe productieprocessen.

Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over toegewezen projecten en begeleidt deze zelfstandig van opstart tot afronding. Je bepaalt de geschikte strategie voor methodevalidatie en transfer en houdt daarbij rekening met relevante richtlijnen en standaarden, waaronder ICH Q2(R2), USP en Ph. Eur.

Daarnaast sta je in voor:

  • Het opzetten en uitvoeren van analytische studies
  • Het uitvoeren van method transfers en methodevalidaties
  • Het analyseren en oplossen van problemen met analytische methoden
  • Het uitvoeren van root cause investigations bij analytische afwijkingen
  • Het interpreteren en statistisch analyseren van resultaten
  • Het opvolgen en trenden van analytische methoden
  • Het opstellen van SOP's, studieprotocollen en technische rapporten
  • Het reviewen van experimenten, data en rapporten van collega's
  • Het naleven en bewaken van cGMP- en andere relevante kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemie, Biotechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met analytische kwalificatie en validatie binnen een biofarmaceutische omgeving
  • Hands-on ervaring met ELISA, protein binding assays en spectroscopie
  • Goede kennis van cGMP, ICH-richtlijnen, USP en Ph. Eur.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met data-analyse, statistiek en DOE
  • In staat om zelfstandig meerdere projecten te plannen, uit te voeren en op te volgen
  • Bereid om zowel hands-on laboratoriumwerk als analytische en administratieve taken uit te voeren
  • Goede technische schrijfvaardigheden voor het opstellen van protocollen en rapporten
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde liquid handlers en protein characterization technieken is een plus
