MaaSil Inc est une entreprise d'externalisation de services vers Madagascar. Nous proposons à nos clients français, suisses ou belges, des consultants situés à Madagascar. Nous proposons tous types de profils. Notre objectif est de proposer les meilleurs de Madagascar pour nos clients. Et de garantir des conditions salariales qui soient optimales pour nos équipes.

Missions :

  • Support client : Répondre aux demandes des clients (e-mails, réseaux sociaux, téléphone...), envoi occasionnel d'e-mails commerciaux aux clients.
  • Comptabilité : Préparation des factures de vente, suivi des clients payant par virement bancaire et saisie de leurs paiements dans Infusionsoft, relance des clients en cas d'impayés.
  • Réseaux sociaux : Modération des publications et des commentaires (Agorapulse).
  • Création de formulaires : Création de questionnaires sur SurveyMonkey et analyse des réponses.
  • Tableaux de bord et de suivi : Maîtrise d'Excel ou d'un outil de tableur équivalent.
  • ZOOM : Création de liens pour les webinaires.
  • Assistanat de direction (PA) auprès du dirigeant : Planification de son agenda professionnel.
  • Reporting : Suivi du chiffre d'affaires mensuel des programmes en ligne.
  • Traduction (anglais vers français) : Utilisation de l'IA avec la capacité d'identifier et de corriger ses erreurs (français langue maternelle et excellent niveau d'anglais requis).
  • Support pour événements à distance : Assistance occasionnelle lors d'événements, incluant des week-ends.

Rémunération / Avantages :

  • Salaire fixe parmi les plus élevés du marché

Profil:

  • Maîtrise PARFAITE du Français (lu, écrit, parlé)
  • Etude recherché
  • Autonomie EXIGÉE (Vous serez en relation direct avec notre client, professionnalisme exigé)

Horaire de travail (heures françaises) : 08-17h OU 10-19h. Les horaires pourraient évoluer selon les besoins du client mais le nombre d'heures travaillées restent inchangé = 40h/semaine
