What you'll bring

  • Experience in sales, customer success or a target-driven customer service environment.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Genuine empathy, emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset.
  • Resilience and confidence navigating sensitive conversations.
  • A proactive approach to achieving targets and delivering great customer experiences.

Experience in aged care, disability, healthcare, childcare, education or other relationship-led industries is a bonus, but not essential. We'll teach you the sector — we're looking for someone who knows how to connect with people.
