Encargado de Limpieza

Objetivo del puesto:

Supervisar y ejecutar las actividades de limpieza, orden y sanitización de las instalaciones, asegurando que las áreas de producción, almacén y espacios comunes se mantengan en condiciones óptimas de higiene, seguridad y presentación.

Principales funciones:

* Coordinar y supervisar las actividades diarias de limpieza.

* Mantener limpias y ordenadas las áreas de producción, equipos, utensilios y espacios comunes.

* Asegurar la correcta sanitización de las áreas conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.

* Distribuir las actividades de limpieza entre el personal de apoyo.

* Verificar el uso correcto de productos y herramientas de limpieza.

* Controlar y reportar las necesidades de insumos de limpieza.

* Supervisar que se cumplan las rutinas y frecuencias de limpieza establecidas.

* Detectar y reportar condiciones inseguras, daños o necesidades de mantenimiento.

* Mantener bitácoras y registros de limpieza cuando aplique.

* Apoyar en limpiezas profundas y actividades especiales de sanitización.

* Promover hábitos de orden, limpieza e higiene entre el personal.

* Atender oportunamente cualquier necesidad de limpieza que surja durante la operación.

Perfil

Escolaridad: Secundaria o bachillerato.

Experiencia: 1–2 años en limpieza, preferentemente en establecimientos de alimentos, restaurantes, panadería o producción.

Competencias:

Liderazgo operativo · Organización · Proactividad · Sentido de urgencia · Responsabilidad · Trabajo en equipo · Atención al detalle · Disciplina · Seguimiento de instrucciones.

Perfil ideal:

Persona proactiva, dinámica, responsable y organizada, con iniciativa para detectar lo que hace falta sin esperar instrucciones, sentido de urgencia y capacidad para coordinar las actividades de limpieza, manteniendo siempre una actitud de servicio y disposición para aprender y crecer dentro de la empresa.
