Då kan det här vara rätt roll för dig. Till vår butik i centrala Halmstad söker vi en erfaren driven säljare som vill vara med och utveckla vår försäljning mot både företag och privatpersoner. Butiken blir din bas, men rollen handlar om mer än att hjälpa de kunder som redan kommer innanför dörren. Vi vill att du är med och driver försäljningen framåt. Du möter allt från privatpersoner och småföretagare till etablerade företagskunder. Din uppgift är att förstå kundens behov och hitta rätt kombination av produkter, tjänster och lösningar – och att se affärsmöjligheter där andra bara ser en enskild försäljning av en produkt. Har du dessutom dokumenterade framgångar i abonnemangs- eller tjänsteförsäljning? Sök! Du kommer att träffa kunder varje dag med olika utmaningar, från privatpersoner till företagare, det kan handla om att ta sälja, ta emot och lämna ut service eller hitta rätt lösning med en mix av produkter och tjänster. Vi är: En arbetsplats om totalt ca 50 anställda, kvinnor och män i alla åldrar, spridda på 4 olika orter. Vi är människor som har höga förväntningar på varandra men delar också insikten om att man behöver få göra fel för att våga testa nya arbetssätt och kunna lära sig att göra rätt.
