Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Specialist!

Mac Haik's Southway Ford is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team in San Antonio, TX. If you love helping people and thrive in a fast-paced, positive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the warm, welcoming voice and face of our dealership. You will support our commercial fleet customers by ensuring every interaction is exceptional and leaves a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with questions, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication.
  • Support Service Advisors with administrative and customer service needs.
  • Coordinate information between customers, advisors, and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Create a positive, organized, customer-first environment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
  • Automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
