Arbetsplatsbeskrivning Madab är ett vård & omsorgsföretag med kontor i Hammarbyhöjden/Johanneshov. Vi verkar inom områdena jour och familjehem, stödboende och öppenvård. Vi som arbetar på Madab har en bred vård – och omsorgskompetens både från den privata samt offentliga sektorn. Vi har lång erfarenhet av att möta barn, ungdomar som på olika sätt är i behov av socialtjänstens stöd och insatser. Med engagemang, hjärta och kvalitet – kan vi göra skillnad för barn och unga. Arbetsbeskrivning Vi söker dig som vill vara en del av vårt team på Madabs familjehemsenhet. Vi söker dig som är utbildad socionom som har erfarenhet av att arbete med familjehemsvård. Som jour och familjehemskonsulent på Madab får du en betydelsefull och varierande roll med ansvar att: Rekrytera och utreda/bedöma nya jourhem och familjehem. Ge stöd och handledning till jourhem och familjehem under pågående uppdrag Samverka och samarbeta med socialtjänst, nätverk, skola och andra för barnet viktiga kontakter. Arbeta strukturerat utifrån vårdplan och med genomförandeplan Följa upp insatser och dokumentera

Du kommer att erbjudas ett arbete där du har möjlighet att inverka på utvecklingen och skapa goda förutsättningar framåt. Kvalifikationer Krav Socionomutbildning / socionomexamen. Minst ett års erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga inom myndighet eller utförarverksamhet. B-körkort Meriterande Det är meriterande om du har gått en handledarutbildning mot jour- och familjehem. Egenskaper och färdigheter Du har en stark relationsskapande förmåga. Du kan relatera och kommunicera med andra på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. Du kan anpassa din kommunikation utifrån person och situation och du har lätt för att samarbeta med andra. Du är flexibel och kan arbeta självständigt utifrån mål och uppdrag, samtidigt som du är en teamspelare. Du skapar förutsättningar för engagemang, delaktighet och inflytande i ditt sätt att arbeta och ge stöd. Du tänker lösningsfokuserat. Du har lätt för att skriva och har en god datavana. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Övrigt Tjänsten är på 40 tim per vecka. Jour och beredskap ingår i tjänstgöringen enligt rullande schema. Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning. Friskvård erbjuds Privat sjukvårdsförsäkring ingår i tjänsten Utdrag ur polisens misstanke- och belastningsregister krävs i samband med anställning. Intervjuer till tjänsten sker löpande.
